Aarani is General Counsel at ModiFace, Inc., the first technology company acquired by the L’Oréal Group company. At the helm of ModiFace’s legal affairs, Aarani takes a strategic approach in negotiating with global clients for the use of ModiFace’s patented Virtual Try On (VTO) technology for makeup, hair and nails, skin analysis and other tech products/services.
